AI Features and Usage Quota

Our app includes AI-powered features (such as AI text analysis and enhancement) that are subject to usage quotas:

• Free users receive a limited number of AI processing credits per period.
• Premium subscribers receive expanded or unlimited access to AI features.
• AI processing may involve sending extracted text to third-party AI service providers. We do not send your original images to AI services — only the text extracted on-device.
• Unused free quota does not carry over between periods.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

AI Text Scanner offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features and remove usage limits:

• Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
• Payments are charged to your store account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.
• We do not offer refunds outside of what is provided by the relevant app store's refund policy.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of AI Text Scanner is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We guarantee that your images are used solely for OCR processing and are deleted immediately after use.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Text Scanner, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary.
